You can find delightful walks directly from Great Burrow. Our lane is a rare bridal path/road hybrid. Down the lane to the right takes you to a river which you can normally wade through in wellies and walk to the local pub at Bratton Clovelly ( 30-40 mins). Down the lane to the left takes you to another river. Both beautiful walks.  Walking up the lane in the evening you can catch the sunset reflected on both Dartmoor and Bodmin moor.
