Park at the Fingle Bridge Inn and walk over the bridge and along the river to the right. You’ll feel like your in Lilliput as you go through a giant 5 bar gate and beside a wall made of huge bolders. Then climb over a stlye and cross a bridge where you walk up a lane and take a right onto the Hunter’s Path. Looking up you can see Castle Drogo and down you can see into the valley along which you came. It’s a stunning walk with wild ponies, maybe deer, possibilities of wild swims and picnics.
